TOP 5 PLAYERS TO WATCH
Quentin Buchman, Santa Margarita, Midfield, Jr.: Buchman helped lead the Eagles to the Trinity League title and was selected league MVP. He is committed to Bryant University.
Justin Cheng, Beckman, Defense, Jr.: Cheng is a returning first-team All-County member. He helped lead Beckman to the Pacific Coast League title last year and earned league MVP honors. He is headed to Bryant University.
Jordan Pakzad, Corona del Mar, Defense, Sr.: The returning senior in defense earned second-team All-County honors last season. He is committed to Rutgers.
Ellis Geis, Foothill, Attack, Jr.: Geis scored 33 goals last year. He earned second-team All-County honors as a sophomore.
Nick Lemus, San Clemente, Attack, Sr.: Lemus earned second team All-County honors last season. Lemus, who is headed to Air Force, was also a first-team All-South Coast League performer.
