Hey!!

First off, you’ve all heard about the Oklahoma City Tornadoes and everyone in the WCWS is safe!!

It’s been quite the day! We had practice today for an hour only! We were rushed around and once that hour was up, we had to leave. NCAA was looking out for us and kicked us off because they knew this was coming.

After practice, we were told for our safety to stay inside and don’t leave. There was a huge storm coming. When I say huge, I mean HUGE! Biggest storm I’ve ever seen! Around 6:45 the tornado siren went off and we all evacuated downstairs to the basement parking garage for cover. We could hear the thunder, the winds, the hail, and rain! It was really insane! We got the all clear, but ended up going back down for safety precautions. While downstairs the ceilings were leaking, a couple pipes were spraying water out and its flooding outside now. But now we are upstairs in the all clear but being on the lookout for anything more. Right now, we are hanging out with my sister and mom, a lot of families are here with the teams staying here. Still a lot of lightening and thunder going on as of 9:24 PM.

To keep us busy we played Euchre, watched movies on our computers, played hand ball on the walls, and just kept busy and calm! Many things we could do in a basement!

Please keep Oklahoma in yours prayers, we are lucky to be safe but many others haven’t been so lucky. Keep everyone in your thoughts!!! OKC!

Games as of now are delayed, and cancelled for the night. Keep on the lookout for game times!

GO BLUE!
