Gilchrist, a senior quarterback, completed 16 of 25 passes for 199 yards and one touchdown and rushed for 59 yards and two touchdowns (1 and 26 yards) to lead the Knights to a 30-27 victory over La Habra in the CIF-SS Southwest Division second round.
