Wilson's big plays spur El Dorado romp

BREA- Kane Wilson scored two touchdowns, threw a touchdown pass and Brock Dunn scored three touchdowns as El Dorado defeated Brea Olinda, 42-7, in a Century League game Friday night at Brea Olinda High. (Full game stats.)
Wilson scored on runs of 92 and 29 yards and threw a perfectly executed screen pass to Sinjian Hathoot for a 29-yard touchdown all in the first half as the Golden Hawks (3-5, 2-1) kept their playoffs hopes alive.
"We ran the table the last two years in the playoffs, and we had a few tough losses earlier this season but we’re still capable of a making the playoffs," said Wilson, who rushed for 149 yards on six carries.
Dunn, who scored El Dorado's first touchdown, added two TD runs in the second half. His three touchdowns were a career-high.
Leading 14-0 midway through the second quarter, Wilson scored on a 92-yard run — the longest of this career. Late in the quarter, he added a 29-yard TD run and the Golden Hawks led 28-0 at halftime. Wilson also completed 12 passes for 121 yards.
