Aliso Niguel kicker Mike Bowlin has committed to Oregon, said Brad Bohn, Bowlin's coach with the West Coast Kicking Academy.
“He's probably the most complete field goal and kickoff guy in California,” Bohn said of the senior-to-be.
Bowlin (6-foot-2, 195 pounds) is the second county kicker to commit to a Division I-A program. Servite's Mike Loftus has committed to SMU, Bohn said.
