OCVarsity.com

Aliso Niguel kicker Mike Bowlin has committed to Oregon, said Brad Bohn, Bowlin's coach with the West Coast Kicking Academy.

“He's probably the most complete field goal and kickoff guy in California,” Bohn said of the senior-to-be.

Bowlin (6-foot-2, 195 pounds) is the second county kicker to commit to a Division I-A program. Servite's Mike Loftus has committed to SMU, Bohn said.

WILLIAMS HEADED FOR ARMY

Orange Lutheran wide receiver Scotty Williams has committed to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Williams will be a high school senior in the fall.

Williams had 18 receptions for 182 yards last season. He will also be a punt returner.
