Outlook: The Wildcats have been making steady progress for the last three seasons. It started with a .500 record in 2010 and then last year’s 9-3 mark and a second-round playoff berth. This season, the Wildcats again figure to be in the thick of the Century League race. They return 10 starters (seven on offense) including workhorse running back Josh Vizcaya. Vizcaya had eight 100-plus rushing games last season, including a 203-yard performance against Woodbridge. There will be four new starters on the offensive line this season, so their development will be key for the Wildcats.
Factoid: Last season’s nine victories were the most for Brea Olinda since 2001.
