SCHURR OF MONTEBELLO (8-4) VS. FULLERTON (8-3)

Outlook: Michael Allain has been unstoppable during the first two rounds of the playoffs for the Indians. The junior running back has rushed for 580 yards and eight touchdowns to lead the Indians to the semifinals. The Spartans, the defending Southeast Division champions, are coming off of a 35-14 victory over Westminster. Raul Pintado rushed for 168 yards for the Spartans in the victory. Pintado has picked up the rushing slack in the place of Edwin Molina, who is out with a knee injury. The Spartans have had very little resistance on the road to the semifinals. They began the playoffs with a 27-6 victory over Rosemead before last week's 21-point triumph over Westminster.
CALIFORNIA OF WHITTIER (11-1) VS. LA HABRA (10-0)
Site, time: California High, Saturday, 7 p.m.
Outlook: If the Highlanders dispatched of top-seeded San Gabriel, 59-14, what does this mean for the Condors? La Habra has been on a tear, since being "held" to 29 points in an Oct. 12 victory over Troy. Following that game, La Habra has scored 62, 56, 52, 55 and 59 points. …That's an average of 56.8 points per game. La Habra led San Gabriel, 45-0, at halftime in Friday's quarterfinal game. California defeated South El Monte, 34-21. Running backs Matt Urquiza and Jasper Meza rushed for 90 and 67 yards, respectively in the victory. California starting quarterback Cameron Zaharioudakis went down with a separated shoulder early in the second quarter.
