The Cougars junior goalie played a huge roll in Capistrano Valley’s run toward its first Excalibur title since 1999. Coley recorded five saves to help the Cougars advance past Los Osos in the semifinals. She then recorded seven saves in Capistrano Valley’s 1-0 win over Edison in the championship match. With Coley helping to anchor the defense, the Cougars have recorded nine straight shutouts and are 8-0-2 in that stretch.
