O.C. Top 10 shaken up by big loss

OCVarsity.com

Orange Lutheran's loss to Bishop Amat of La Puente shook up the top 10 - as should be expected when the No. 1 team loses. Mater Dei, our preseason No. 1, takes over the top position. The Monarchs got nine first-place votes from our 11 voters; Lutheran and Servite got the other two.

There no additions to the top 10, that is, all teams in last week's top 10 are in it this week. We have five teams in the "also receive votes category," which is a larger number than usual.

To see a countdown of this week's top 10, click on the photo slide show to the right.
