Coaches' predicted order of finish

1. Troy
Comment: Amanda Sims, a first team All-County guard, and Alex Sanchez, who was one of the top freshmen last season, are back to lead the Warriors.

2. Fullerton
Comment: Quortlyn O'Neal and Dominique Richardson are back, and newcomer Sigourney Rockmore should help the Indians be competitive against many of the top teams in the county.

3. Sonora
Comment: The Raiders are young and talented, but very inexperienced. Raiders coach Melissa Ridge-Barajas listed four freshmen on her preseason survey.

4. La Habra
Comment: The Highlanders have experience and quickness and should be much improved from last season.

5. Sunny Hills
Comment: The Lancers graduated their starting five, so the role players from last season will get their chance to start.

6. Buena Park
Comment: Baby steps. The Coyotes are shooting for a .500 record and one league victory this season.
