Three Orange County players - Mater Dei's Brittany Schutte, Foothill's Hallie Wilson and Tesoro's Sam Pappas - were named to the All-State Softball first team by CalHiSports.com. Twelve more O.C. players also received All-State honors.
Three players - El Toro's Lauren Chamberlain, Canyon's Cheyenne Tarango and Foothill's Hallie Wilson - made two all-state squads.
The grade listed for each player refers to the 2008-09 school year.
