Girls tennis preseason O.C. top 10 (9-5-11)
1. Dana Hills – The additions to the roster almost certainly offset any losses. Could this be the year Dana Hills wins a CIF team crown?
2. University – Despite lacking a real breakout singles’ star, University will bring more depth to the court than most teams, winning them a lot of matches.
3. Corona del Mar – Despite bringing an almost entirely new group of girls onto the varsity courts, CdM’s reputation for strong doubles play has them this high. Can they stay here?
4. Newport Harbor – Newport Harbor hopes to four-peat in the Sunset Coast League and return to the CIF championship match.
5. St. Margaret’s –Zoe Oedekerk and Tiffany Cheng give the Tartans a nice one-two punch.
6-10: San Clemente; Sage Hill; Woodbridge; Laguna Beach; Tesoro
