Kickoff 2010: Orange Panthers
Last season record:
3-7, 2-3 (Fourth Place)
Postseason:
In 2006, the Panthers lost to Alhambra, 48-20, in first round of Southeast Division Playoffs.
Coach:
Dan Stroup (First Year, N/A)
Home stadium:
Fred Kelly Stadium
Outlook:
The Panthers will take to the field in 2010 with their third coach in three seasons, as new coach Dan Stroup assumes the reigns of a team looking to improve and gain consistency. Senior running back Axel Sanchez was an all-league selection last season, and will be a big part of the Panthers’ offensive attack. Stroup is also high on the abilities of senior quarterback Tony Torres, who has impressed early in training. A defense short on experience a season ago returns nearly intact this year and should be a plus as the Panthers attempt to climb in the standings.

Factoid:
The Panthers will be looking to win more than three games in a season for the first time since they posted a 6-5 record in 2006, the last time they qualified for the CIF playoffs.
School record: 348-461-34
