Coach: Harold Eggers (second year, 7-4)
Outlook: The Seahawks enter the season looking to build on their '07 success, and with a number of returning players, they have a good chance to accomplish that. Quarterbacks Nolan and Thomas Tippy are each getting serious consideration to be the starter. All-league running back Kyle Walker (727 yards in 2007) will anchor the ground attack, while tight end Kenneth Tarpley (16 receptions) returns to a pass receiving corps that averaged 18.6 yards a reception last season. The Seahawks will be led on defense by all-league senior linebacker David Garay, with Tarpley and second-team all-league lineman Kody Afusia anchoring the front four.

Factoid: The Seahawks qualified for the playoffs last season for the first time since 2001.
