South defeats North in all-star match

Dana Hills goalie Matt Bridges made 18 saves and Dan Stevens of Newport Harbor lead nine players in scoring with three goals as the South defeated the North, 14-12, in the Orange County all-star boys water polo game at Costa Mesa.

Register player of the year Jon Walters of Mater Dei scored a five goals for the North.

Bridges missed the second of the regular season with a broken hand.
