The Wolverines’ No. 1 singles player went 8-1 last week as Aliso Niguel reached the CIF-SS Division 3 quarterfinals for the first time in school history. The freshman won three sets, 6-1, two sets, 6-2, and single sets 6-4, 6-3 and 6-0.
