The Mustangs senior keyed a stellar week for the top-ranked team in the county. He was third at the South Coast League cluster meet last Tuesday, guiding the Mustangs to a perfect 4-0 record against the rest of the league. Hazlett was also the Mustangs top finisher Saturday (eighth overall in 15:23) in the championship race at the Clovis Invitational in Fresno, leading Trabuco Hills (57 points) to the overall team title by 65 points over runner-up Long Beach Poly (122).
