Road to the finals: University (Pacific Coast League champions): def. Flintridge Sacred Heart, 18-0; San Clemente, 14-4; Thousand Oaks, 13-5; Dana Hills, 9-8; Campbell Hall (Alpha League champions): def. Redondo Union, 15-3; Palm Desert, 16-2; Los Alamitos, 16-2; Peninsula, 13-5.
Overview: The third-seeded Trojans and top-seeded Vikings square off for the second time this season. Campbell Hall defeated visiting University, 13-5, back in mid-September. Last season, the Trojans upset the Vikings in the semifinals, 11-7. University heads into the championship match with a doubles lineup loaded with talented players. Returning starters Shannon Theisen, Kyla Scott and Danielle Pham each lead one of the Trojans' three doubles teams -- a unit that took six of nine sets from Dana Hills on Wednesday.

LAGUNA HILLS (11-9) v. ARROYO GRANDE (21-1)

Road to the finals: Laguna Hills (Sea View League runner-up): def. Temecula Valley, 9-9 (72-71); Downey, 14-4; Buckley, 11-7; Malibu, 11-7; Arroyo Grande (PAC 7 champions): def. La Reina, 17-1; Oakwood, 18-0; Capistrano Valley, 11-7; Aliso Niguel, 17-1.
Overview: Aside from its opening-round, one-game victory over fourth-seeded Temecula Valley, Laguna Hills has cruised through the postseason, bouncing three league champions and the No. 1 overall seed, Malibu. The No. 2 representative from the competitive Sea View League has benefitted greatly from the stellar play of Alexandra Valenstein and Mikey Barthelmass -- both of whom swept their singles sets against Malibu in Wednesday's semifinals.
