Last season record:
7-5, 5-0 (First Place)
Postseason:
In 2009, the Jaguars lost to Laguna Hills, 41-13, in the second round of the CIF Southern Division playoffs.
Coach:
Mike Maceranka (5th year 19-24)
Home stadium:
Segerstrom High
Outlook: The Jaguars enter the 2010 season looking to build off an historic 2009 campaign that saw them claim the school’s first ever league title and win their first ever playoff game. The graduation of league MVP Justin Mills and all-league quarterback Brian Murrieta will hurt, but Segerstrom will rely heavily on a running game led by senior Gary Ferman and the receiving talents of senior tight end Atlas Smith. If the Jaguars can incorporate some of their new pieces into a successful system, defending their league title could be a strong reality.

Factoid:
Offense was the key to the Jaguars success in 2009, as they scored 30 points in eight of their 12 games.
School record:
19-24
