Hossler and Brea's Lee atop AJGA leaderboard
Beau Hossler, a junior at Santa Margarita, posted a 3-under 68 on Saturday at Longbow Golf Club and is tied for first after 36 holes of the Heather Farr Classic in Mesa, Ariz.
Brea Olinda freshman Amy Lee posted another 68 in the second round, and is first place after two rounds in the girls division, holding a three-stroke lead over Kyung Kim of Chandler Ariz.
Hossler holed five birdies in the second round and is 8-under for the tournament. Lee went out in 32 in the second roudn after birdying four holes on the front nine. She's 6-under for the tournament.
Esther Lee, a junior at Los Alamitos, is in third place after posting a 70 and a 71 in the first two rounds. Her brother, John Lee is tied for ninth in the boys division, five shots behind Hossler.
