With a three-set singles sweep of Arroyo Grande in the CIF-SS Division 3 championship match, the senior finished the postseason with a 15-0 overall record as Laguna Hills claimed its first title since 1998. Barthelmass’s come-from-behind 6-4 victory in the third set clinched the championship for the Hawks.
