Garcia, a member of one of the county’s top distance running teams, has also excelled in the classroom and in the community. He is currently taking AP Economics/Government, AP Calculus, AP English, and Art/Photography. He is a member of the school’s A.V.I.D. club, the M.E.S.A. club, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Garcia is a member of the Rios De Agua Church, where he reads prayer and plays the violin. His top college choice is UCLA and he has current plans to major in Business Administration or Finance.
