A four-year starter for the Monarchs and the program's single season home run and R.B.I. record holder, Freeman is also exemplary in the classroom and in the community. Her current classes include Peace and Justice, Statistics, Anatomy, US Government, Art, Christian Lifestyle, and English. She is a member of the school’s Renaissance club. Freeman, a member of the U.S.A Women’s Jr. National Team that won the gold medal in Bogota, Columbia last year, helped raise and donate $600.00 to the Boys and Girls club of Buena Park by giving catching lessons. She has been nominated for the school’s female athlete of the year award and will attend Arizona State next fall with plans to major in Nursing.
