VPC Central: El Toro capture another title

El Toro's boys water polo team will get a second chance this weekend at winning a tournament title.
The second-ranked Chargers are the top seed for the Villa Park Classic, which runs Thursday through Saturday in Orange County.
The 32-team tournament will be played at Aliso Niguel, Esperanza, Villa Park and El Dorado.
Last weekend, the Chargers (7-1) finished second to Loyola at the South Coast Tournament.
El Toro is the two-time defending champion at the Villa Park Classic.
Fifth-ranked JSerra is seeded second followed by No. 3 Carlsbad and Division I contender and No. 4 Ventura.
The rest of the top-eight consists of No. 5 St Francis of Mountain View, No. 6 Villa Park (ranked seventh in Orange County), Division III contender Damien and Division IV power Agoura.
Ninth-ranked Esperanza is seeded third in its bracket, behind JSerra and Damien.
The semifinals will be Saturday at Villa Park at 10 and 11 a.m. The championship is set for 3:30 p.m.
