The wait is over for high school football fans who have had to make do with all the predictions and lists that we at ocvarsity.com could provide until the new season got underway.

Now many Orange County teams are practicing again, and the first game involving an Orange County team is Saturday night ... though, it is in Hawaii. Unless you're planning to catch a flight to Maui (tempting, huh?), your best bet might be to settle in with some videos and a slide show from two practices.
