Outlook:
Upbeat. The Minutemen are a deeper and physically stronger team than a year ago. Pryor expects to carry about 26 players – which is more than Express League rivals Capistrano Valley Christian, St. Michael’s and Eastside Christian. Speedy running back Sam Salgado is the top returner on offense. On defense, tackle Kyle Noson has impressed in practice and could be an impact player. In the offseason, Liberty Christian lifted weight with strength coach Steve Belanger.
