NSSA West Coast Championsips kick off in HB

The top scholastic surfers from the West Coast started competing today for the for the 13th annual NSSA West Coast Championships (WCC).

All of the action takes place at the famed sandbar peaks on the Southside of Huntington Beach Pier through Sunday. Over 400 participants from the NSSA’s three west coast conferences (Southwest, Northwest and Gold Coast) will challenge each other for prestigious Regional titles while vying for invitation to the 2010 National Championships this coming summer.
