Carter, a senior quarterback, helped lead the Sea Kings to their second consecutive CIF title with his performance in Saturday’s 35-10 Southern Division final victory over Garden Grove. Carter completed 16 of 27 passes for 203 yards and one touchdown and rushed for 68 yards and two touchdowns in the victory.
