BREA - Fullerton running back Michael Allain  turned in another top-notch performance to help the Indians defeat Brea Olinda, 42-8, in a nonleague game Friday at Brea Olinda High.

Allain carried 22 times for 185 yards and scored on runs of 1 and 50 yards before sitting out  the fourth quarter.

The 5-foot-10, 165-pound senior leads the Indians (4-1) with 872 yards and five TDs through five games.

On the 50-yard score, Allain sprinted past defenders down the right sideline, and then broke at least two tackles in the final 10 yards.

Joe Hill contributed  84 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries.

Fullerton dominated on defense, sacking Brea Olinda quarterbacks Michael Frisinaand Chris Panozzo a total of  five times.

Randall Hicks led the surge with three sacks, and Anthony Malone and Derek Coloma got a sack each.

Desmond Moore blocked two punts, which the Indians converted into touchdowns.

“They played a great game tonight,” Fullerton coach Julian Smilowitz said. “They did what they were supposed to do. They are really working hard.”

The Indians held Brea Olinda scoreless until late in the fourth quarter when a 24-yard touchdown pass from Panozzo to Juan Guerrero got the Wildcats (1-3) on the scoreboard.
