He scored 88 points over four games to lead the Lancers to the championship of the Windward Tournament. Banks was named tournament most valuable player. He scored 41 points in Orange Lutheran’s 72-64 victory over Palisades of Pacific Palisades in the tournament championship game Saturday. Banks, a 6-foot-6 senior, signed with Penn State.
