Swim stars primed for Olympic Trials

Orange County will send a sizeable contingent of high school-age swimmers to the U.S. Olympic Trials in Omaha, Neb., June 25-July 2. Click here to take a look at the swimmers and the events they are entered in.

Crean Lutheran sophomore-to-be Ella Eastin is entered in the 200-meter individual medley, 400 individual medley, 100 backstroke, 200 backstroke and 200 butterfly for the U.S. Olympic Trials, which start June 25 in Omaha. The Irvine Novaquatics club swimmer has the most entries of any high school swimmer from the county. Her highest seed: 31st in the 100 back.
