The Cal-bound senior captured the 200-yard individual medley in 2 minutes, 8.85 seconds and the 100 backstroke in an automatic CIF Division 1 qualifying 57.50 to lead the Monarchs to a sweep against host Northwood and Santiago of Corona. Mater Dei defeated Santiago, 91-78, and Northwood, 89-81.
