Esperanza two-sport standout William Truong underwent a second surgical procedure on his neck on Thursday.

Truong suffered a broken neck in a trampoline accident on Monday, and initially had no feelings in his legs, according to the school.

On Wednesday, Aztecs throws coach Bill Pendleton said Truong was able to move his hands, could feel when his legs and feet are touched, and could move his foot up and down.

A fundraiser website has been set up for Truong and can be found here.

Truong was an all-league offensive and defensive lineman at Esperanza, and finished third in the shot put at the CIF State Track and Field Championships in Clovis on Saturday.
