El Toro junior quarterback Trey Tinsley (6-3, 190) has been offered by Southern Utah of the Big Sky Conference, Chargers football coach Robert Frith reports.
In his first season taking over for Conner Manning (Utah), Tinsley passed for 3,059 yards and 32 TDs. He completed almost 60 percent of his passes and was intercepted 16 times.
Southern Utah features quarterback T.J. Fenton, son of Fountain Valley coach Ray Fenton.
