Promising Mater Dei sophomore defensive back Titus Toler (6-0, 180) has enrolled at JSerra, Lions football Pat Harlow confirmed.
Toler emerged as a nickel back last season for a senior-dominated Mater Dei secondary. He played in seven of the Monarchs’ 14 games.
In other JSerra football news, the Lions have hired Mater Dei freshman coach Eric Rescigno as its offensive coordinator, Harlow said. Rescigno is a former offensive coordinator at Fountain Valley and Edison.
