El Toro kicker Roger Howard has committed to Division II Truman State in Missouri, Chargers coach Robert Frith reports.

"Roger is a hard working, motivated kicker who has tremendous potential," said Brad Bohn, Howard's kicking coach with West Coast Kicking Academy. " He is also a big part of the El Toro soccer program."

Truman State is named after President Harry Truman, who was born in Missouri. The school is headed to the Great Lakes Valley Conference in 2013.
