San Clemente senior offensive lineman Kyle Murphy will make an official recruiting trip to Florida during the Tritons' bye week the first week in November, the senior said in a text message Tuesday.
Murphy, Orange County's top recruit for the 2012 class, made an official recruiting trip to Oregon in early September.
His play at left tackle is a big reason why the Tritons are off to a 5-0 start heading into Saturday's game against visiting West Adams of Los Angeles.
San Clemente is running Mike Elespuru behind Murphy among other linemen. Murphy also is protecting quarterback Travis Wilson's blindside.
San Clemente's offense is averaging better than 37 points per game.
