Spring Insider: Q&A with Kane Wilson

OCVarsity.com

Five questions with Kane Wilson:

Question: Who is the NFL player you see yourself playing like?
Kane Wilson:
Vince Young, because he’s bigger. He can throw accurately and run just as well. He’s exciting to watch. … I hope I’m exciting to watch.

Q: What is your favorite thing to do, your favorite part of the game?
KW:
I like dropping back and passing a lot better than running, deep outs or streaks.

Q: What are your personal goals this season?
KW:
Improve my stats, improve my skill level. My biggest goal in life is to receive a Division I scholarship.

Q: In your dream situation, where will you be a year from now?
KW:
I was raised in New Orleans and was always an LSU Tiger fan. That’s where I would dream to be, but it’s probably a little too far. Any Division I college football team (would be good).

Q: What is something people don’t know about you?
KW:
I like going outdoors a lot. We go on yearly trips to Utah and Yosemite. Last year in Yosemite, we hiked Half Dome. I didn’t climb to the very top of it because I sprained my wrist the week before. I love the outdoors and being away from the city.
