Sunset: Biggest question and outlook

OCVarsity.com

Biggest question to answer this spring:

Who is going to be the starting quarterback at Edison?

Outlook: It should be a fun year in this league with so many key performers returning. Los Alamitos is loaded on offense and can be one of the best teams in the county if its defense delivers. Esperanza has to replace most its offensive line, which it usually does. Newport Harbor is also a viable league title contender, as it returns a solid nucleus from last year's playoff team. The Sailors' program seems to be on the rise. Edison is the wild card for now. The Chargers have been the most successful team in this league the past two years, but lose two-time All-County quarterback Nick Crissman and several defensive stars. Fountain Valley could also push for a playoff berth.
