CIF-SS football titles games return to Angel Stadium

The Pac-5 and Southwest Division games are leaving Home Depot Center after three seasons.

The CIF-Southern Section Pac-5 and Southwest Division football championship games will be played at Angel Stadium this year, the CIF-SS office announced Monday.

The return to Angel Stadium comes after a three-year absence.

No CIF-SS football finals will be at Home Depot Center in Carson this year, although CIF State Championship Bowl Games will.

The CIF-SS' release said the section could not come to contract terms with Home Depot Center for championship games this season.
