Comment: The Monarchs still have the best quarterback around and Jaron Hytche was a solid backup running back last year. They have added transfer Justin Martinez, who was St. John Bosco’s leading receiver last season. If Martinez and a couple of other receivers emerge as reliable targets for quarterback Matt Barkley, watch out.
