Kane Wilson, El Dorado quarterbackComment: The son of an NFL quarterback carried the burden of trying to lead a CIF title team to a repeat while just a first-year starter. He responded with 2,300 passing yards and nearly twice as many touchdowns as interceptions as the Golden Hawks won back-to-back titles. Most of his team’s key contributors are graduating, but the Golden Hawks were facing the same situation a year ago.
