Football recruiting never seems to take a break, so here are some notes to catch up the fans who have taken time off this summer:

* Orange Lutheran junior-to-be safety Brandon McKinney (6-1, 180) has been offered by Arizona State, Lancers coach Chuck Petersen reports.

* San Clemente senior-to-be offensive lineman Donte Harrington (6-2, 295) has been offered by Army, Navy and Cal Poly SLO, Tritons coach Jaime Ortiz reports.

* Yorba Linda senior-to-be offensive lineman David Garfunkel (6-6, 285) has added offers from UNLV, San Jose State and Toledo.

* Servite senior-to-be cornerback Tre Webb (6-1, 175) has been offered San Jose State, Friars coach Scott Meyer said. 

 * Huntington Beach tight end Nick Crabtree (6-6, 260) has emerged as one of the county’s hottest recruits. The senior-to-be has been offered by San Jose St., Fresno St. and Nevada, Oilers coach Eric Lo reports.
