Savanna tight end/wide receiver Kevin Ventura (6-4, 210) has been offered by Division II Black Hills State University in South Dakota, the senior reports.
Black State State is part of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
Wednesday is National Signing Day and the first day football recruits can sign national letters on intent.
