Los Alamitos linebacker Matt Locher, The Register’s defensive player of the year last season, has been offered by Boise State and will make a recruiting trip to the school this weekend, Griffins football coach John Barnes said Thursday.
This is the final weekend for recruiting trips before Wednesday’s National Signing Day.
Locher, a Cal Poly SLO commit, also has landed recent offers from Nevada and Fresno State.
In other Los Al recruiting news, tight end/wide receiver Joe Wysocki has committed to Idaho, joining teammate Denzal Brantley, Barnes said.
