San Juan Hills boys and girls water polo coach Dan Newberry has resigned, Newberry and athletic director Armando Gonzalez confirmed Tuesday.
Newberry was hired as the Stallions’ water polo coach before the 2011 boys season.
Newberry, a former Capistrano Valley assistant, said in a text message that he hasn’t resigned from his swim coaching duties at San Juan Hills.
