Chase Garbers‘ recruiting stock has found traction in the Southeastern Conference.
The junior has landed his first offer from a SEC school courtesy of Vanderbilt, he said Monday night.
In other recruiting news, Tesoro junior wide out/tight end Shane Coleman (6-5, 205) has been offered recently by Air Force and Montana. He also has offers from UNLV and Central Michigan.
Buena Park junior corner Elijah Gates has been offered by Michigan, adding to his status as a national recruit. The Coyotes’ Ryan Nelson (Harvard), Taariq Johnson (Colorado) and Jeremiah Hawkins (Rutgers) also have added new offers, Buena Park coach Anthony White reports.
Johnson is committed to Cal.
