Villa Park quarterback Anthony Navarro, who suffered a knee injury during a record-setting performance against Foothill last week, is scheduled to undergo a MRI on Tuesday, Spartans football coach Dusan Ancich said in a text message Monday.
Navarro passed for a school-record 367 yards and two touchdowns but left in the third quarter after a hard sack.
