Esperanza has dedicated this school week and especially its boys basketball home game Thursday against Canyon to Morgan B. Wilson and her foundation, “Learn For Morgan.” Morgan was an Esperanza student who died last summer from complications related to a heart condition. Purple was her favorite color, so purple will be the color of the day Thursday when, too, “Learn For Morgan” shirts will be sold for $10 to raise money for the foundation.
